Present your E-wallet to the cashier for any purchase transaction at Iloilo Supermart and partner stores. Every P400 spent is 1 point. Each point has a standard redemption value of P1.00. Points earned have an equivalent peso value but cannot be convertible to cash.

Yes, purchases less than P400 can still earn a fraction of a point.

Points and transactions are reflected on your account in real-time.

All unused points will expire every 15th of December each year. Points earned on and after December 1 will expire December 15th the next year.

Value points, like cash, can be used to pay for your purchases at any Iloilo Supermart cashier counter. Redeemed Value Points cannot be changed or cancelled.

You can edit your basic personal information (Name, Nickname, Address, and Gender). To edit your info: 

  1. Click Account at the lower right corner of IS Mobile App 
  2. Click Profile> 
  3. Click 📝 to edit information. 
  4. Add or change the information you’d like to edit.  
  5. Click Save 

Note that mobile number and email address cannot be edited.
